ON/OFF - It is activated/deactivated via a 2.4 GHz remote control (with anti-jamming protection), confirming activation with flashing navigation lights/mooring lights. When the system is on, it is not possible to start the engine. Octopus is a two-way communication system via SMS. In the event of an alarm, the system will send an SMS to the 4 stored telephone numbers specifying the cause of the alarm (up to 9 different causes of alarm). If the user is equipped with a Smartphone or an iPhone, he can download the appropriate APP for free and communicate using the appropriate command icons. Instant wireless alarm • Thanks to the possibility of installing up to 44 wireless sensors (equipped with anti-masking protection), the system can protect both small boats and large yachts, sending an SMS alarm at the slightest break-in attempt. The main wireless protection points are: engine grille, engine release, peaks, portholes, doors, instrument panel, on-board electronics, tender, garage, trailer release. GPS alarm for towing with the engine off • The GPS sensor constantly monitors the vessel's position with a tolerance of 100 meters radius. If the vessel's position exceeds the specified tolerance, the system sends an SMS alarm. Cable cut alarm • In case of cable cut, the system goes into alarm by being powered by the built-in emergency battery. Bilge water alarm - smoke/IR sensor • it is possible to connect any bilge water, smoke, IR sensor. In the event of an alarm, the system immediately sends a specific alarm to the stored telephone numbers. Low Battery Alarm • A low battery warning is sent if the vessel's battery is approaching criticality. Remote interrogation • Octopus is also a two-way system: status queries can be made via SMS. Emergency reset • In the event of a failure, the system can be deactivated using an emergency PIN CODE. Remote engine lock • In the event of an alarm, the engine can be locked remotely. Check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
Check that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.
