GARMIN GHP™ 20 Autopilot with SmartPump is the result of the extraordinary advances made in the field of systems with hydraulic steering; with a single pump it is possible to meet the needs and applications of multiple boats. SmartPump: A real novelty for the nautical sector, thanks to the SmartPump of the GHP 20 it will no longer be necessary to choose the size of the pump to use for your boat. The unique SmartPump fits most boats with hydraulic steering by regulating the flow variation, from 0 to 2.4 liters per minute, based on steering volume. A brushless motor (without brushes), avoids the direct electrical connection between the control circuit and the rotor, this guarantees greater reliability, pump life, reduced consumption, silence, better thermal performance and greater efficiency. To achieve the ultimate in reliability, the SmartPump features corrosion resistant components including black paint on aluminum parts and nickel plating on all steel parts.
